All prices are stated in Canadian dollars. Online sales are currently only shipping to North America. For international or overseas orders, please contact sales@green-first.com.
Taxes
Applicable tax according to shipping destination will be added to all purchases and freight charges.
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and American Express.
Order Cancellations
If for any reason, you wish to cancel an order, you may do so in writing, by e-mail , by Fax # (613) 354-6588 or by calling 1-613-354-6491 Monday to Friday during business hours. We will cancel unshipped orders and credit your account in full. However, if an order has already shipped, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. A credit to your account less freight charges incurred will be issued on receipt of the returned goods.
Return Policy
Authorization is required for all returned products. You may request authorization by e-mail , by Fax # or by telephone Monday to Friday during business hours. No returns will be accepted without a Returned Material Authorization (RMA). The terms of return must be followed and are as outlined below. The Returned Material Authorization (RMA) Number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package.
For defective products...
We will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Goods will be inspected upon receipt. We will repair, replace or refund the purchase price for any product determined to be defective. If we replace the goods to you, we will credit the original order and reship to you at our freight expense.
Export Restrictions
The terms and conditions outlined on this page are for sales within the United States and Canada. Additional freight, taxes or duties may be applicable for orders shipping to other countries. Please contact us for shipping outside the United States and Canada at: sales@green-first.com.
Limited Warranty
The company warrants all products to be free from defect in material and workmanship. Our only obligation under this warranty shall be at our option to repair, replace or refund the purchase price for any product or portion thereof determined by us to be defective. This warranty is void on any product that has been tampered with, misused, abused, improperly maintained or altered in any manner. Except as provided above, we shall not be liable or responsible for damage
